Airline Supply Chain Services bv.ba (ASCS) was founded in 2011 by three senior airline managers with over eighty years of experience in airline material and maintenance support.
By offering specialised supply chain support services in several areas, ASCS has become an important bespoke supply chain partner to many airlines, Lease company’s and MROs in Europe and the Middle East.
With our vast experience and extensive contacts throughout the industry, ASCS is able to assist in reducing your operating costs by working with you to design and introduce innovative solutions to your challenges.
Most operators provide the out of hours support to their operation by having an AOG desk on site, a designated Engineer in the hangar or a member of staff on call.
These solutions can be costly.
ASCS offers a unique and new service to airlines and MROs. Our AOG call centre will provide your operation with the out of hours AOG coverage you require at a fraction of the cost and with guaranteed total support levels.
The AOG desk service is charged on a set fee per month that is fixed depending on the hours of coverage required and the size of the fleet. An administration fee is then charged per AOG launched. No commissions or mark-up are made and we provide an open book policy for all services. The service guarantees the following:

The majority of operators outsource their heavy maintenance projects to third party specialist MRO companies globally. In most cases they have an Engineering representative on site to oversee the maintenance and quality of the program.
More and more operators are realising the importance of having an experienced Materials Operative onsite. The operational and financial benefits are shown in the reduction in delays for spare parts during a program. The focus on processing material requests quickly and the reduction in lost or mishandled material is crucial. There is also the benefit of oversight for all company provided material and if required, on site procurement and exchange.
