Pooled AOG Desk Service
Most operators provide the out of hours support to their operation by having an AOG desk on site, a designated Engineer in the hangar or a member of staff on call.
These solutions can be costly.
- An AOG desk may only be active 10 percent of the time. An expensive overhead and ineffective use of a valuable resource.
- An Engineer has other operational duties and they may lack the experience and expertise to find the best solution.
- A member of staff on call means extra cost and possible delays in responding to the problem.
ASCS offers a unique and new service to airlines and MROs. Our AOG call centre will provide your operation with the out of hours AOG coverage you require at a fraction of the cost and with guaranteed total support levels.
The AOG desk service is charged on a set fee per month that is fixed depending on the hours of coverage required and the size of the fleet. An administration fee is then charged per AOG launched. No commissions or mark-up are made and we provide an open book policy for all services. The service guarantees the following:

- An individual contact telephone number, email or online chat service for each customer.
- The immediate response and constant progress updates throughout the AOG requirement.
- The ability to source material globally through our extensive network.
- We can act independently to source or in your name using your pre-arranged accounts.
